Our advanced multi-head embroidery machines support custom pattern embroidery with high precision.
We can faithfully reproduce IP character logos and complex patterns on fabric, with neat stitching and stable color fastness, meeting customized requirements for plush toys and gift products.

Professional sewing workshop with skilled workers. According to product cutting templates, we finish fabric cutting and stitching. Strictly control the sewing seam allowance to ensure every component of plush products has consistent shape and solid seams.

Automatic cotton filling workshop. Controllable filling density for each plush piece. Uniform stuffing makes the plush toys full, soft and not easy to deform. We keep a clean production environment during filling process.

Final manual QC inspection station. Our inspectors carefully check the appearance, stitching, embroidery details and accessories of each plush toy. Defective products will be picked out before packaging to guarantee qualified goods delivery.
